• Vercel / Render — hosting and infrastructure

These providers are contractually obligated to protect your information and use it only for the purposes we specify.

6. AI-Powered Features

SeriesOS uses artificial intelligence powered by Anthropic Claude and OpenAI GPT-4o to provide features including investor outreach generation, reply classification, grant application drafting, and readiness scoring. When you use these features, the content you provide (such as your company description, documents, and investor information) may be processed by these AI systems.

All AI API calls are made server-side. Your API keys are never stored by SeriesOS. We do not use your content to train AI models beyond what is disclosed by the respective AI providers in their own terms.

7. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including:

• Encryption in transit (TLS/HTTPS) and at rest
• Row Level Security enforced at the database level
• Multi-tenant access controls with role-based permissions
• Audit logging of all data modifications
